1) The Service

Estimately.io provides analyst-verified market size estimates and forecasts delivered as Excel datasheets. Reports are configured by you (countries, segments, forecast period) and validated by our in-house research team before delivery.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3) Orders, pricing, and delivery

• Pricing is shown on the report builder before purchase. Pricing starts at $20 per country and varies based on your configuration.
• Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal. You authorize the charge upon checkout.
• Delivery: Reports are delivered to your registered email within 60 minutes of successful payment, after analyst review and validation.
• A free demo Excel is available for any configuration before purchase.

4) Use of reports

Reports purchased from Estimately.io are licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the data as a standalone product. You may cite figures and excerpts in your own work with attribution to Estimately.io.

5) Intellectual property

All content, branding, methodology, and software on Estimately.io are owned by us or our licensors. The Excel datasheets you purchase are licensed, not sold. We retain all underlying intellectual property rights.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access systems you are not authorized to access, scraping or automated data collection, reverse engineering, submitting false information, or interfering with the operation of the Service.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Market estimates are based on the best available data and analyst judgment, but markets are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee that estimates will match future actuals. Estimately.io is not responsible for business decisions made based on the data.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estimately.io's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
