Refund Policy

We want every Estimately.io customer to feel confident about their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1) Try before you buy

Every Estimately.io configuration includes a free demo Excel that you can download instantly — before paying. The demo contains the exact same structure, sheets, and formatting as the paid report, with placeholder "xx.xx" values instead of real data. We strongly encourage you to download and review the demo before purchasing to verify the structure meets your needs.

2) Eligibility for refund

Because reports are custom-generated and analyst-verified for your specific configuration, refunds are limited to the following cases:

  • Non-delivery: Your report was not delivered to your registered email within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Significant data error: The delivered report contains a verifiable, material inconsistency in the core market data that our research team cannot correct after a good-faith review.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

3) Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Reports delivered as configured, where the structure matches the demo Excel you previewed
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with market estimates that fall within standard analyst variance (typically 5-10%)
  • Configuration errors made by the customer (wrong country, wrong segments, wrong forecast period)
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

4) How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Email hello@estimately.io within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your Report ID and order email
  • Clearly describe the issue and provide any supporting information

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5) Data corrections (no refund needed)

If you spot a specific data point that looks incorrect, email us first instead of requesting a refund. In most cases, our analysts can investigate, correct, and resend the report at no additional cost — usually within 24 hours.
